Elysee is seeking approximately $2.2 million to finance land acquisition and improvement, building construction, and a small amount of working capital. We estimate 90% of the financing package will be secured by land, building, and other assets.

Elysee is targeting a land acquistion of $850k-$950k, and estimates required land improvements will total ~$145k including grading, foundation, permitting, and other requirements.
Land Acquisition & Development
Elysee is finalizing bids for the construction of a modular building frame, engineering, and construction labor. This estimated total includes interior improvements like HVAC and electrical, required FFE for all revenue streams, and most other assets required to open and operate.
Building Construction
Elysee has the advantage of being the expansion phase of an existing, cash flowing small-business. We want to ensure sufficient funds to startup revenue streams, but anticipate working capital and operating runway to be a small portion of the total financing requirements.
